Enjoy our Mediterranean buffet breakfast, full of authentic, fresh and local products, carefully selected to start your day off right. Our bread is handmade in a small village near Sintra, following ancient practices. Made from flour ground in a traditional mill, it is slowly fermented and cooked in a wood-fired oven, for a natural and healthy diet. To complete your breakfast, you can choose from our made-to-order dishes, prepared on the spot for you and to your taste.
