APT IIN accepts no liability for vehicles in the garage or personal items in the accommodation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as received at check-in.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Any incident affecting the property, common areas, or the safety of guests and neighbours must be <strong>reported immediately<\/strong> to APT IIN via the contact details provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">Waste Management (Apartments)<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>General waste<\/strong> \u2192 deposit in the chute located in the corridor<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Recycling<\/strong> \u2192 collected by housekeeping staff during routine maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"ml-2 border-l-4 border-border-300\/10 pl-4 text-text-300\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Failure to comply with these terms may result in charges for damages. BCascais) requires the <strong>guest&#8217;s authorisation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Property owners reserve the right to access the property <strong>at any time<\/strong> if the integrity of the building or its assets is at risk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Problem Resolution<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-decimal flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Guests must <strong>inspect the property upon arrival<\/strong> and report any defects immediately.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Any defects arising during the stay must be reported <strong>as soon as they are discovered<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">If a defect is confirmed, APT IIN may choose to either <strong>repair it<\/strong> or <strong>relocate the guest<\/strong> to equivalent or superior accommodation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Only <strong>serious defects<\/strong> affecting the quality of service will be considered.
